Our development program calls for the construction of All Set Premiere Truck Park Centers along the interstate and major highways. These locations will provide transportation companies with the best options along the most important routes in the country.
Our target market is comprised of over 900,000 for-hire carriers, 820,000 private carriers, 85,000 other interstate carriers, and over 3.5 million professional truck drivers.
We envision a national network of safe, conveniently located parking facilities that offer services for drivers such as business centers, Wi-Fi, restrooms and showers, rest/lunch areas, vending machines, and ATM. This network will address the United States’ urgent, immediate need for more truck parking spaces and provide support for truck drivers.
With this standardized concept, coupled with cutting-edge technology and a state-of-the-art reservation system, we are planning the construction and operation of 100 units by or before 2032 serving the country’s major transportation routes and hubs.
It is our goal to build and operate 100 All Set Premiere Truck Park Centers in the USA in the next seven years. We will be expanding to the Canadian market in the very near future.
